1. Booking and Reservation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Advance payment is mandatory to confirm a reservation.
• Valid government ID proof is required at check-in.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will not be refunded.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time: 1:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow resort rules.
• Damage to property will be chargeable.
• Use of illegal substances or involvement in unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.

5. Privacy and Data

• Your personal data will be used only for reservation and communication purposes.
• We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

6. Liability

• ARR Resort is not liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
• Use of resort facilities is at guest’s own risk.
