1. Room Booking Cancellation

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 3–7 days of check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable.

2. Early Check-Out

• If a guest chooses to check out before the scheduled date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.

3. Date Modifications

• Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days before the original check-in date.
• If the revised dates have higher rates, the difference must be paid by the guest.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Transaction fees charged by payment gateways or banks are non-refundable.

5. Group Booking & Event Cancellation

• For group bookings and private event reservations, a separate agreement applies with specific cancellation clauses.
• Advance payments for events are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the event agreement.

6. Force Majeure

• ARR Resort is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or no-shows due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemic, political unrest, etc.).
